Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist, located in Greenfield, MA. The Therapist will provide therapeutic services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Responsibilities will include assessing clients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the well‑being of clients. The Therapist will also support clients in developing and achieving personal goals, coping strategies, and improved emotional and mental health.
Qualifications- Strong skills in active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Experience with individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy techniques.
- Substance use group support will be a required group, and engagement with our Spravato groups.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and crisis intervention strategies
- Licensure as a Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, or related field required (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline/ or equivalent in experience.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in an on‑site environment that is dynamic and fast paced
- Familiarity with diverse cultural and socio‑economic perspectives in mental health care is an advantage
- Experience in substance use disorders, trauma informed care and whole health approach.
- Specialized skill/training such as EMDR or training in OCD treatment, DBT, preferred but not required.
