Outpatient Clinician

CHD is seeking passionate and dedicated Outpatient Clinicians to provide high-quality, client centered behavioral health care to a diverse population in the outpatient setting. You will work with adults, children, and families, addressing a broad range of social-emotional needs using evidence-based models of care.

• Provide comprehensive care across all stages of treatment, including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and termination.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.
• Address client safety needs and follow mandated reporting procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with both internal and external treatment teams as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adapt to updates in policies and procedures as required.
• Engage professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or other closely related field Massachusetts Independent Behavioral Health License (i.e. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC1) OR actively working toward licensure
• CANS Certification or willingness to become certified prior to hire Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to provide evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations.

• Experience with children, adolescents, and families
• Actively holds Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC1, or Licensed Psychologist
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Multilingual abilities
• Experience with Substance Use Disorders
• Evening or Saturday availability
• Interest in School-Based Counseling

Full time (30+ hours/wk) in Greenfield clinic (102 Main St).

Flexible; 30-40 hours, with evening and weekend hours available

$59,000.00-$70,000.00/year commensurate with education, license, and experience
