Clinician - In Home therapy

CHD In-Home Therapy is looking for creative, energetic, and enthusiastic new members to join their team. We are seeking a Clinician (Licensed or Licensed eligible) to work within the IHT team. The clinical roles are available in Greenfield, West Springfield, and Ware, MA. CHD’s growing In-Home Therapy program provides structured one-to-one "skill building" for youth (ages 0-20), including support, coaching, and training in areas such as interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience working with children and families is required. In-Home Therapy or other CBHI experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Licensed or Licensed eligible clinician. Master’s degree must be completed.
• One to two years of experience working with emotionally disturbed children/adolescents.

Salary

$58,000 (depending on experience)
