We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN opportunity in Greenfield, MA. This role offers scheduling flexibility while providing individualized occupational therapy designed to help residents improve everyday function and independence.

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled interventions addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful functional goals and monitor progress
• Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment when appropriate
• Modify treatment plans based on resident response and changing needs
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support safety and independence
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• $53–$55/hour
• Flexible PRN scheduling
• Collaborative rehabilitation environment
• Varied skilled nursing and rehabilitation caseload
• Supportive interdisciplinary team

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
