Machine Operators

Our client with a long history of quality manufacturing in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for Machine Operators to join their team on both days and nights!

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous machine operator experience and/or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stay alert and focus for a long period of time
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and good work ethic
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
• Good mechanical ability
• Ability to read and interpret shop prints
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

• Temp to Hire position
• Full time rotating schedule 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
• $20-23/hour depending on shift

• Set up/maintain/operate grinding and polishing machines
• Inspection and measurement of tools using calipers and measuring tapes
• Quality inspection
