Night Shift Production Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead production performance, team leadership, and operational efficiency during critical overnight hours in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

12‑hour shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of the production team during the night shift.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage performance of the production team, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.
• Oversee assembly, grinding, stamping, and CNC processes.
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality control, health and safety, and productivity.
• Identify and resolve production problems, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
• Provide regular reports on production activities and performance.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment focused on assembly, grinding, stamping, production lead, CNC operations, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
• Relevant certification or degree in a related field is an added advantage.
