Development Manager

GREENFIELD Development Manager Life Path is a mission-driven, collaborative, and community-focused human services agency focused on supporting the lives of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers. We are expanding our Development and Marketing team and with the addition of the role of Development Manager. This is a full-time (35 hr/wk) role based out of our Greenfield office, serving the Franklin County, and North Quabbin area.

This position will be responsible for fundraising and development activities to include donor research and cultivation. This position is also responsible for continuously building brand awareness of programs and digital marketing campaigns. As a member of the Development and Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with team members across the organization, collectively building upon our fundraising and marketing Campaigns. This fast-paced position requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and effective time and project management skills.

Mission-driven focus and two to four years of fundraising experience in a human services agency or healthcare organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be forward-facing with donors, partners, and other constituencies. Experience garnering financial support and contributing to project management efforts; experience coordinating events, meetings, and gatherings. Technical proficiency in donor databases, Microsoft 365, and social media platforms.

Development of marketing collateral on publishing software a plus. Experience with media inquiries and creating press releases. Demonstrated organizational and time management and project planning skills. Skilled in identifying and researching prospective individual, foundation, and business donors for donor cultivation efforts. Experience leading teams of volunteers and inspiring volunteer teams in donor cultivation and fundraising efforts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and effective time and project management skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification a plus. For more
