*** Functions independently to assess develop and implement plan of care.
* Provides independent quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills, point of care testing and quality assurance checks.
* Establishes plan of care, sets priorities and implements the plan of care with patient/family and team/provider input.
* Builds on knowledge and experience to include more diagnoses and complicated medical patients.
* Demonstrates respect and advocates for the patient’s rights, values and belief systems.
* Understands social and cultural differences that might impede patient care.
* Perform daily scheduled patient nurse visits, Perform OBIs, New patient chart navigation and Perform daily post op calls.
* Monitor/work all clinical and prescription pools.
* May assist in visits and procedures for patients seeking abortion services or services for pregnancy loss such as collecting supplies, printing consents, organizing instruments, medications, and/or assisting during insertion of cervical dilators for surgical abortion procedures.”
** Required

Work Experience:

*** Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
* Experience in a women's health strongly preferred
* Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff.

- Friday - No Weekends No Holidays
