$70,000 – $75,000 USD, based on factors such as skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons.

Salary Range: 32 hours per week

• RN/LPN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines governing long-term care.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization.
• Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
• Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with all disciplines.
• Keep DON informed of changes in resident condition.
• Chart all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
• All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus mission, vision, and core values.
