Overview:
Regal Care in Greenfield, MA, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a 3-11 Supervisor, Monday through Friday with oncall responsibilities. In this critical role, you will oversee the evening shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. You will supervise nursing staff, manage patient care, and ensure all healthcare standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff on the 3-11 shift.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and respond to changes promptly.
  • Ensure all nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatments, and health management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff members.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Previous nursing experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
  • CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
