Mativ is seeking a Quality Control Technician to document, train, plan and execute test activities across the production process. You will test and inspect products at various stages, compile data, and ensure products meet quality standards and reliability.
You will review schedules, communicate procedure changes, calibrate equipment, record data, and support continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to root cause investigations. The role requires 12-hour shifts.
