• Oversee weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
