Compensation: $23.41 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Days will vary according to business needs. The role requires flexibility to work any day, including weekends. It is a 40‑hour work week, working from 7:00 am until the route is completed.

The Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca‑Cola beverages in retail stores across the Coca‑Cola Beverages Northeast territory. This position represents one of the world’s most recognized brands and contributes to our business success.

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, and ensure product freshness.
• Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to attract customer attention and drive sales.
• Secure damaged or defective product while maintaining a clean product space.
• Ensure accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms and organizing backstock.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand‑truck, etc.).
• Maintain areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to store and company personnel.
• Follow company and store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration and maximize merchandising opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service to address any inquiries or concerns.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull up to 40‑55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered material‑handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand‑truck) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements.
