• Service & Repair:
  Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC units).
• Maintenance:
  Perform high‑quality preventive maintenance to keep our neighbors' homes running smoothly.
• Mentorship:
  Help lead and oversee apprentice technicians on the job.
• Fair On‑Call:
  Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule with a stipend plus time-and-a‑half for emergency calls.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
• License:
  Valid Driver’s License in good standing (Required).
• Certifications:
  
  MA Oil Burner license or NORA Bronze is a major plus (we will help you get certified if you don’t have it yet!).
• Physical Ability:
  Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various residential/commercial environments.
