- Experience: 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
- License: Valid Driver's License in good standing (Required).
- Certifications: MA Oil Burner license or NORA Bronze is a major plus (we will help you get certified if you don't have it yet!).
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various residential/commercial environments.
