In this role, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment while partnering with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

  • Assist with machine installations, relocations, alignments, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Inspect equipment to identify wear, safety concerns, and potential failures before they impact production.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Collaborate with maintenance leadership, engineering, quality, and production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training, apprenticeship, or trade school in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or CNC repair is a plus.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines, machining centers, or industrial manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, belts, sensors, pumps, machine controls, and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams. Experience with CNC mills, lathes, Fanuc controls, PLCs, servo systems, robotics, automated equipment, or similar manufacturing technology is preferred.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance diagnostic equipment.
  • Experience using CMMS or electronic work order systems, with knowledge of preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, Lean Manufacturing, or 5S principles preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
