At Mindful Painting, we've spent the last several years building something we're genuinely proud of - a fast-growing paint contracting company with a reputation for exceptional work and an even better team behind it. We specialize in interior and exterior residential and commercial painting, as well as sprayed and specialty finishes, and we've been serving Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties since 2019.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced painter to grow with us.

_ What You'll Be Doing _

As an experienced painter, you'll hit the ground running. You know the trade - we want you to bring that expertise and make us better.

Execute all phases of residential painting projects - prep, application, and finish work - with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that experienced painters take pride in
Bring your knowledge of techniques, tools, and materials to every job site
Work alongside your crew leader and teammates to hit deadlines and deliver results clients are thrilled with
Be a resource for less experienced team members - your knowledge is an asset to the whole crew
Represent Mindful Painting with professionalism and genuine respect in every customer's home
Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

_ What We're Looking For _

Proven experience in residential painting - you know the trade and it shows in your work
A detail-oriented approach and an honest commitment to quality
Strong communication skills and a natural inclination toward teamwork
The kind of person who leads by example - reliable, professional, and self-motivated
A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
