In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
The position offers a 4‑day work week with early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day and the option for a traditional 5‑day week.

Qualifications- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or related field
- One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
- One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Training in Applied Behavior Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high‑speed secure internet required for Full‑Time positions
- Option of a traditional 5‑day or a 4‑day work week (four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday)
- Early Friday closures at 12:30 pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day
