Career Navigator (PFP BSAS) (Greenfield)
Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full‑time (37.5 hours per week) Career Navigator in Franklin and Hampshire counties.
Job DescriptionThe Career Navigator will develop compassionate and respectful relationships with participants using a strength‑based, goal‑oriented approach. The position provides job readiness training, case management, job search tools, educational support, and job development for all enrollees. It also supports participants in overcoming barriers to their goals, develops relationships with employers throughout the region to help participants secure full‑time employment, and collaborates with partner programs.
Responsibilities- Provide job readiness training, case management, job search tools, educational support, and job development to participants.
- Support participants in overcoming barriers to their goals.
- Develop relationships with employers to assist participants in securing employment.
- Collaborate with partner programs.
- Maintain case notes, data entry, document collection, and ensure program standards are met.
- Full‑time work of 37.5 hours per week.
- Pass a CORI report.
- Reliable vehicle and safe driving record.
$21.91–$23.25 per hour, depending on qualifications.
