Basic Requirements
: 18+, Previous warehouse experience required
Pull order based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks. Lead General Warehouse team through training and coaching.
- Train and coach new associates as needed
- Responsible for accurately building and staging orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks
- Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
- Use appropriate manual or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) to move product and materials to designated locations
- Assist with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse
- Work in the recycling room, re-work damaged product and stack empty pallets and shells
- Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
- Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
