  • Candidates with experience in auto parts retail, dealership service, warehouse or inventory work, retail sales, or customer service are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment—phones, counter, and technicians at the same time
  • Solid math skills for pricing, discounts, and invoicing
  • Basic computer skills; dealership DMS or parts catalog experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Ability to lift and move parts as needed
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

No dealership experience? We provide comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help motivated individuals build a rewarding career in automotive parts.

  • Notify customers promptly when special-order parts arrive
  • Identify opportunities to recommend related parts, accessories, and add-ons
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
