Host
Responsible for providing a great first impression, showcasing a friendly demeanor, escorting guests to tables, and taking reservations with a wait list when necessary. This role is part of the Front of House service team, requiring excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications- Must be 17 or older.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Pay Range (Base Pay): $12.20 - $14.72 per hour.
- Referral Bonus.
- Employee Stock Purchase Program after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week.
- Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service and 1,000+ hours/year).
- Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week).
