David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet and assist customers, book appointments, and support the Alterations team in delivering a five-star shopping experience.
In this role you will welcome customers, answer phones, press garments, ensure timely pickups, and maintain store standards while upholding dress code and quality guidelines. Prior retail experience and basic sewing skills are helpful; POS experience is preferred.
