Join one of the nations largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a family medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center in Greenfield, WI.

Highlights

• 7 physicians + 1 APP; collaborative yet independent work culture
• Flexible 4 or 4.5-day work week; clinic hours typically 8 AM-5 PM (some start as early as 7 AM); required 100 extended hours/year (before 8 AM, lunch, or after 5 PM)
• Build your own patient panel with potential to ramp up quickly
• Dedicated MA, RN support (inbox work, refills, nurse visits), centralized triage via the Patient access care team , on-site lab, x-ray/ultrasound, and pharmacy
• Private office + 3 exam rooms per physician; procedure-capable rooms
• Includes family medicine, primary care, nurse practitioners, urgent care, acupuncture, anti-coagulation, cardiology, chiropractic care, diabetes education, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, general surgery, massage therapy, nephrology, pain management, and podiatry
• Strong leadership, frequent specialist rotations, team-oriented atmosphere with natural collaboration; popular location with strong patient growth potential
• EPIC EMR
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

• Two-year income guarantee from $333,037 to $333,037
