Service Dispatcher
Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield is looking to hire a Service Dispatcher. The Service Dispatcher ensures that repairs and maintenance of vehicles are assigned in accordance with the Service Manager and the standards of the dealership.
Responsibilities- Control workflow through the Service department in an organized, timely manner.
- Schedule technicians, workshop time, and resources to achieve maximum productivity.
- Monitor and preserve effective time controls.
- Communicate between Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Service Writers to ensure smooth repair process.
- Provide detailed and accurate reports upon request.
- Review repair orders to ensure assigned work has been performed and completed properly, along with including proper paperwork.
Applicants need to be outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
