Job Description
While working at Bio Life Plasma Services, you will help donors by collecting high‑quality plasma that becomes life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
How You Will Contribute- You will oversee employee performance and scheduling
- You will lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts
- You will work with donors to resolve concerns
- You will analyze opportunities related to non‑conforming events
- You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- You will foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for an entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required

Hourly Wage Range$24.00 – $33.00
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives or will perform the job.
The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
