Job Description

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high- quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee performance and scheduling
  • Lead inventory control efforts and lead in operational efforts
  • Work with donors to resolve concerns
  • Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
  • Perform all tasks for medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing areas
  • Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
Qualifications
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Frequent bending and reaching
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to blood borne pathogens
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly wage: $24.00–$33.00 (location: USA – WI – Greenfield)
