As an RN Registered Nurse on our team, you will drive clinical excellence through the following high-impact responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Lead the shift nursing team, directing LPNs and CNAs to foster a culture of accountability.
Patient Oversight & Intervention: Act as the primary clinical authority on your unit—identifying subtle clinical shifts and managing rapid-response interventions.

To excel as an RN Registered Nurse in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
Experience: Must have 1–2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Clinical Judgment: Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to make rapid, independent clinical decisions.
