We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wound Care Nurse RN or LPN to join our healthcare team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality wound care services to our patients. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to helping patients heal and recover, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide wound care treatment and services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans and best practices

  • Conduct wound assessments and document findings in accordance with facility policies and procedures

  • Develop and implement effective wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention strategies

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in wound care

What You'll Need
  • RN or LPN licensure in the state of Wisconsin

  • Current certification in wound care or nearing certification

  • 1+ year of experience in wound care or related field

  • Strong understanding of wound care principles, practices, and regulations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
