As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality wound care services to our patients. • Provide wound care treatment and services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans and best practices

• Conduct wound assessments and document findings in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Develop and implement effective wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention strategies

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in wound care

• RN or LPN licensure in the state of Wisconsin

• Current certification in wound care or nearing certification

• 1+ year of experience in wound care or related field

• Strong understanding of wound care principles, practices, and regulations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
