Frontier Veterinary Urgent Care is a privately owned small animal clinic in Greenfield, WI. We are looking to add full-time (36-40 hours/wk) or part-time CVTs to the team. We welcome future team members to our new, thoughtfully designed 6000 sq ft hospital that shares the building with an adjacent 9000 sq ft specialty surgical and rehab hospital.
Our facility is equipped with modern diagnostics and support technologies including digital high‑definition radiography, a GE VCT Lightspeed 64 CT scanner, a GE LOGIQ S8 ultrasound, IDEXX in‑house labs, a private doctor’s office, a large OR, a breakroom, large windows for easy line‑of‑sight, plenty of kennel and run space, and plans for a future MRI trailer. We use cloud‑based software such as Ezy Vet, Vet Radar and Cubex to increase workflow efficiency with electronic treatment records, whiteboards, anesthesia monitoring, billing and communications with clients and RDVMs.
Responsibilities- Assist DVMs with patient treatments including medication administration, monitoring vitals, IV catheter placement and fluid administration
- Monitor sedated and anesthetized procedures
- Perform diagnostics such as x‑ray, laboratory diagnostics, CT, urinalysis, cytology
- Restrain animals for examination and diagnostics
- Maintain medical records and client education materials
- Dispense and administer medication
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Veterinary assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

10-12 hour shifts, every other weekend required.
