Supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales;
Performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience;
Processes freight, sorts, stocks products in designated areas, adheres to store merchandising guidelines;
Performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building;
Completes daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention
