Shoe Sales Associate to join our team!

You don't need to be a shoe expert-we'll teach you. We're looking for someone who's friendly, dependable, comfortable talking with people, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

This isn't a "stand behind the register and wait" kind of retail job. You'll be on the sales floor working one-on-one with customers to help them find shoes that look good, feel great, and fit their lives.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and get to know what they're looking for
• Measure feet and learn our signature sit-and-fit approach
• Recommend shoes and insoles based on fit, comfort, and lifestyle
• Learn about some of the best footwear brands in the industry
• Ring up purchases and help with everyday store tasks
• Work alongside a fun, knowledgeable team that takes pride in great service

Some customers know exactly what they want. Others just know their feet hurt. Your job is to listen, ask the right questions, and help them leave happier than when they walked in.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy meeting and talking with different people
• Are friendly, patient, and willing to learn
• Like staying active and busy during your shift
• Can work independently while still being part of a team
• Are dependable and ready to jump in when things get busy
• Have flexibility to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends

Retail or sales experience is great, but it's not required. We'll provide hands-on training in footwear, fitting, and our approach to customer service.

• $12/hour base pay OR commission
  , whichever is greater for the pay period
  • Typical earnings of $15–
    20+ per hour
    , depending on sales performance
• Part-time schedule
  • Varied shifts available including weekdays, evenings, and weekends

• Monday–Friday: 10 AM–7 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM–6 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM–5 PM

Team members may occasionally be scheduled before opening or after closing.
