Our client, a leading organization in facilities management and maintenance, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational integrity of the facilities. • Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
• Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, while also independently performing defined tasks.
• Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, and assist in general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and other general maintenance duties.
• Participate in on‑call emergency response and ensure safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Minimum of one (1) year of applicable experience in building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., work on ladders up to 30 ft, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
