Journeys Support Specialist

Catholic Charities is hiring a Journeys Support Specialist based out of our Greenfield office location. This position will be responsible for planning, promoting, and coordinating activities and services for Wisconsin families involved in adoption or out-of-home care, in accordance with program contracts. Responsibilities include organization and facilitation of family fun events, support groups, and/or networking opportunities for both caregivers and youth.

This is a 20 hours/week in-office position with regular travel and outreach throughout the region required. The beginning salary is expected to be approximately $25/hour, but will vary based on education and years of experience. Background check, driver’s license, reliable transportation, driving record check, and proof of auto insurance are required for this position.

• College degree in social work, human services or education preferred.
• Two years of experience or other relevant knowledge related to the area of adoption, foster/kinship care, or family services preferred.
