Salary: $11.50 - $13.50 per hour

• Deliver sandwiches to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver safely, courteously, and on time.
• Process phone orders and complete delivery tickets promptly.
• Accept payment from customers, provide correct change, and handle cash accurately.
• Reconcile cash from delivery sales at shift end, including tips and miles driven.
• Fill out all required systems and procedures with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain professional appearance in compliance with the Jimmy John's dress code.
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Show a sense of urgency in all tasks.
• Work as an in‑shopper during non‑delivery periods and receive compensation accordingly.
• Know your schedule, arrive on time or notify manager if late.

• Communicate, read, and write in English fluently and clearly.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving throughout the unit.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Sign‑on bonus: $600, paid $100 per month while in good standing.

• Driver maintenance reimbursement to cover personal vehicle maintenance costs.

• Full‑time team members (30+ hours/week) receive dental, medical, vision insurance, and retirement plan with employer match.
• Part‑time employees (under 30 hours/week) are not eligible for benefits.
