Position SummaryThe Industrial Engineer – Warehouse & Distribution Operations is responsible for developing and implementing standardized warehouse processes across Client's distribution operations in New Berlin, WI .
Primary Areas of Support- Receiving
- Conforming / Repackaging
- Packing & Shipping
- Inventory Control & Cycle Counting
- Warehouse Layout & Material Flow
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- Three or more years of Industrial Engineering, Distribution, Warehouse Operations, or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Experience establishing engineered labor standards and conducting time studies.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Warehousing principles.
