NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday Resort is a family‑friendly paradise just metres from the sparkling waters of Arrawarra Beach. Only 30 minutes from central Coffs Harbour. The resort features an in‑resort cafe/restaurant, resort pool and kids splash pad along with group and conference facilities.
Job Description- Create an impact and leave lasting impressions in this hands‑on, guest‑facing role.

In this casual role, you’ll delight our guests with your warm smile, upbeat personality and ability to think on your feet. You’ll ensure every guest is greeted genuinely, checked‑in and checked‑out efficiently, and supported throughout their stay. You’ll also handle incoming calls with confidence, showcasing your knowledge of our accommodation options, facilities and resort experiences. Our team works across a 7‑day roster, with Reception open between 8am and 6pm.
Approx. 20–30 hours per week available.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A well‑presented, friendly and welcoming approach
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a drive to be the best version of yourself
- A collaborative, team‑focused attitude
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask while supporting guests and teammates
- Experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, Sales or Customer Service (hospitality experience highly regarded)
- Park Management System knowledge (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not essential)
