Job Description Job Scope

• Renesas is pursuing Automotive Business as a strategic sales area and an Automotive Strategy has been developed for India. Various Product Groups are qualifying automotive products developed in India. This position would unify and drive automotive approach, system, and mindset for REI

• Lead, Assess, and Develop Renesas’ Automotive Quality System Readiness ·
• Implement global Renesas Business Processes in India ·
• Develop conformity to standards, ISO
  9001, IATF 16949, and VDA
  6.3 in India ·
• Quality Manager for Renesas Electronic India (REI) sites with respect to IATF
  16949 compliance.
• Assess REI Automotive Readiness and manage a Formal Continual Improvement Process for REI sites.
• Develop conformity to standards, ISO
  9001, IATF 16949, and VDA
  6.3 in India.
• Develop Automotive Supplier Audit Capability with certified auditors.
• Develop, Improve, and Execute training in various Automotive Areas, e.g. VDA
  6.3, 8D, Problem Solving, Measurement System Analysis for REI

• Overall 12+ years of experience in which 5+ years’ experience in the automotive semiconductor industry.
• Technically knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing, Automotive standards, Automotive Customer requirements, Functional Safety.
• Experience as Internal Auditor of Quality Management Systems.
• B. Tech or M. Tech Degree or higher in Engineering and nice to have Quality specific training relevant to semiconductor and Automotive.
• Stakeholder Management experience from engineer to Director level and having a good communication skill
