Mount Sinai - 5 Cuba Hill Road - Responsibilities:
Provide front line contact for the department by answering telephones, directing and responding to callers, and greeting patients and visitors with high-level customer service;
Provide clerical and administrative support to physicians and act as a liaison between departments;
Schedule appointments for a multi-specialty group and understand providers, systems, processes, and services rendered;
Ensure patients are prepared for their appointment and inform them of items to bring and practice policies;
Document and maintain all documents in the electronic medical record (EMR) system; scanning reports and forms
