The Mermaid Waters Hotel is seeking an energetic and professional Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant to join our busy team. This role has a high focus on our gaming operations, so previous experience in a fast-paced gaming environment is highly desirable.

To be considered, you must be over 18 and hold current RSA and RCG certificates. We are looking for a versatile team player who can jump between our gaming room and busy bistro with ease. Full availability to cover a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
