The Configuration Specialist (Service Now) is responsible for the governance, integrity, and continuous evolution of Endeavour Group’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Acting as a critical conduit between Service Management and the broader Technology teams, this role ensures that configuration data is comprehensive, reliable, and directly supports ITIL processes, ITOM initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The Specialist fully leverages Service Now capabilities to optimise technical workflows, manage the development backlog, and drive cross-functional automation across the enterprise.
