Job DescriptionThis is a strategic and critical position that the position will report directly into our GM and will be part of the key leadership team. We are looking for a strategic leader who can develop and grow with us.
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and direct the Medical Aesthetic Sales team to meet or exceed defined sales, profit, and market share goals.
- Manage sales team spend targets.
- Develop strong business relationships with key customers and influencers to maintain and grow business.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop a competent and committed sales team.
- Drive execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Regularly provide coaching and feedback, fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data for trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage budgets and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams for goal alignment.
- Ensure compliance with Abb Vie’s ethical standards and business integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare, or Marketing disciplines.
- Minimum 10+ years of financial management experience, with 3-5 years in a similar role within pharmaceutical, medical device, OTC, or aesthetics business.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams of managers.
- Strong business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with capability to manage under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Business English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience as a manager of managers and organizational leader is preferred.
- Learning agility and growth mindset.
- Strong collaboration with key stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic communication skills are essential.
