This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. This is a first shift position working a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Performs troubleshooting of sub-assemblies to component level, diagnoses deficiencies and recommends rework where necessary, with a written Non-Conformance and Disposition outlining clear rework instructions. Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a test environment
• Experience with test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes and multi meters.) and skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing module deficiencies
• Ability to follow test specifications, test procedures and written instructions in order to perform a variety of routine, standard tests which require reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using test stand setups
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions
• Working knowledge of electronic theory and components.
• Must be able to lift 20-30lbs

• 2-4 years work experience in a test environment
• Experience in RF testing
• Effective communication and teamwork with peers and cross functional departments

Full-Time Salary Range: $62530 - $100048
