Job Title: Field Service Technician - Cryogenics (MRI Systems)
Location: UK (Remote with travel to customer sites)
OverviewA growing industrial technology company is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to work with MRI liquid helium systems. This role involves hands‑on technical work, supporting critical medical and industrial equipment across the UK. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, practical, and enjoy travelling to customer sites to provide high‑quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and fill MRI liquid helium systems safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑fill safety checks on equipment
- Support the movement and transport of helium vessels
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues promptly
- Travel to customer sites throughout the UK
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards at all times
- Experience working with cryogenic gases (helium experience preferred)
- Safety‑conscious, practical, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable with manual handling (training provided)
- Willing and able to travel across the UK
- Valid UK driving licence
- Work directly with critical MRI liquid helium systems
