In this role, you'll ensure financial accuracy and compliance while providing insights that support strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, helping optimize processes and maintain transparency. General

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Support cost accounting activities, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely, and manage supplier statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance against budgets, and providing variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory standards
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and respond to inquiries
• Develop internal reports to track KPIs
• Manage vehicle ownership and title transfer processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience: 5-7 years of accounting experience;
  Quick Books proficiency required
• Performance:
  Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 15+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
