Accounting Supervisor

Dexian is partnering with a client in the northern Winston-Salem, NC area to hire an Accounting Supervisor
. This position will oversee daily accounting operations, lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on accounting leader with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, cash activity, payroll postings, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and account variance analyses.
• Complete sales tax filings and other compliance reporting.
• Support annual audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA or other professional certification is a plus.

• Onsite in the northern Winston-Salem, NC area
