Job Description

Olen is seeking a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support a mix of accounting and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with month‑end financial reporting
  • Maintain and reconcile various financial accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Support the operations team by answering account inquiries
  • Prepare and submit tax payments
  • Enter accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
  • Apply cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Review vendor invoices for taxability
  • Provide backup coverage for the front desk
  • File and box physical records
Education and Experience
  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, math, or a related field
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team‑player who is adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
  • Experience in an administrative or accounting/financial role is a plus
