Senior Accountant

As the Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in the accounting and finance team by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while supporting strategic business initiatives.

• Manage and maintain the general ledger for multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support treasury reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Assist with annual audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiencies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing, distribution, construction, or related industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Quick Books Online OR Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
