We are seeking a hands-on Finance Professional who will play a critical role in building and scaling the accounting andfinancefunctions. This individual will work closely with leadership and take ownership of accounting operations, cost accounting, and financial reporting, while developing FP&A capabilities to guide business decisions and support future growth into a leadership role.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, month-end close, financial reporting)
• Develop andmaintaincost accounting processes(job costing, inventory, standard costing)
• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability
• Prepare and improve financial reporting packages
• Perform FP&A activities including budgeting,forecasting,variance analysisandfinancialmodeling
• Provide insights on business performance andidentifyopportunities for cost optimization
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations
• Help build processes and structure within a growing organization

• Prioraccountingexperiencerequired
• Solid foundation and experience in financial accounting and reporting required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Proactive and self-directed with strong analyticalskillsandabusiness mindset
• Background in nimble,small‑team environments; experience driving process improvements and building effective systems preferred
