Koury Corporation is currently looking for a Job Cost Coordinator for their Construction Division. The right candidate will perform basic accounting and administrative functions associated with the day-to-day operation of a Developer/Builder.
The Job Cost Coordinator works directly with the construction division to manage vendor payments.
Responsibilities- Perform general office duties for and support the Construction Division.
- Scan and electronically file documents
- Input and process all invoices and Subcontractors Application for Payments received
- Assist with process Purchase Order Invoices including matching up delivery tickets and receipts.
- Coordinate with Subcontractors on any invoice or Pay Application corrections needed.
- Monitor and maintain Construction Invoices email inbox.
- Pull job cost reports and advise on invoice and payment status as needed.
- Process Company issued Credit Card payments including obtaining and matching up receipts for all charges for multiple users
- Monitor and maintain all NCGO1 Certificates and Bonds for all projects.
- Assist with financial closeout for all projects.
- Participate in monthly job cost review meetings.
- Proactively coordinate with vendors and Subcontractors to ensure all invoices are received and payments are made on a NET 30 basis.
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), and Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence preferred but not required
- Two years of related experience and/or training
- Great attitude
- Ability to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to communication with vendors professionally
- Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information
- Ability to comprehend and use computer programs required to fulfill the responsibilities
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written and/or oral form
- Ability to do complete mathematic equations associated with the responsibilities
- Communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a demanding environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS),
- Aptitude to learn new computer applications and software (Bluebeam, Timber Scan and Sage 300)
